1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that govern the relationship between bj999 ("the platform", "we", "us") and any person ("you", "the player") who registers for or uses the bj999 online betting and gaming platform available at bj999.plus.

The bj999 platform provides sports betting, live casino, slots and related gaming services to players in Pakistan. All services are offered as entertainment. By using any part of bj999 you are entering into a binding agreement with the platform on the basis of these Terms. 2. Eligibility

bj999 may carry out age verification and identity checks at any stage. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification documents when requested, your account may be suspended or closed and any PKR balance held pending review.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To access betting and gaming features on bj999 you must register for an account. During registration you will be required to provide your Pakistan mobile number and set a password. All information you provide must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. bj999 is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or at any time thereafter.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active bj999 account at any time. If bj999 discovers that a player holds or has held multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — bj999 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that player, void all bets placed across those accounts and forfeit any bonus funds. PKR deposits made with real money may be returned at bj999's discretion following a review.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your bj999 login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 3.4 Account Verification

bj999 may request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistan CNIC or passport. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Payments

bj999 accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer (IBFT), debit cards and supported mobile wallets. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits which are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

• All account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• There is no currency conversion at any stage — no exchange rate markup or foreign currency fee is applied.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bj999 account within minutes of a successful transaction.
• bj999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once your PKR balance is funded you may place bets on any available sports market, live in-play event or esports market listed on bj999. All bets are final once confirmed on the betslip. bj999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except where an obvious platform error has occurred.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on bj999. These limits are displayed on the betslip at the time of placing a bet. bj999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual markets, accounts or events without prior notice.

5.3 Odds and Market Settlement

Odds displayed on bj999 are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to that bet. Markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means the ICC, for PSL this means the PCB, and for football the relevant national federation or UEFA/FIFA depending on the competition.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play has occurred.
• The bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical or human error on the platform.
• The market is suspended due to irregularities in the event.
• Governing body decisions result in a change to the official result after settlement.

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's PKR account balance.

5.5 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For PSL and international T20 matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for pre-match bets to stand — typically 5 overs for a match to count as a valid event, subject to the specific rules displayed per market. Ball-by-ball markets are settled on the outcome of the individual delivery. In the case of a super over or revised Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) target, markets that reference the full innings total may be voided or settled in accordance with the applicable rules shown on the market.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from the account area once any applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the registered account holder's payment method only.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the account section.
• Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• bj999 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and is not specific to any individual player.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are only permitted once the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

bj999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is displayed on the Promotions page.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money PKR deposits in your account. Real PKR is used first when placing bets unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.
• bj999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any form of exploitation — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
• A player may only claim each specific bonus offer once unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bj999. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and all associated bets and funds reviewed:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or miscalculated odds on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of bets or markets.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the platform for any purpose that could constitute money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of the outcome that is not publicly available.

bj999 cooperates with relevant authorities where required by applicable law. Any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.

9. Privacy & Data

bj999 collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identity, process PKR transactions and maintain account security. The types of data collected include registration details (name, mobile number), transaction history and usage data.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by bj999

bj999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a way that causes harm to the platform or other players. In the event of suspension, real-money PKR deposits that have not been used in fraudulent activity will generally be returned to the player following a review.

10.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bj999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonuses that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

bj999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we aim to maintain continuous service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions. bj999 is not liable for:

• Loss of profit, revenue or PKR winnings resulting from platform downtime or technical errors beyond bj999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Decisions made by a player based on information displayed on the platform that contained a typographical or technical error, where such an error was not deliberate.
• Connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile network or internet failures during live betting.

In all cases, bj999's maximum liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total PKR deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
